Who we are

As You C Fit Coaching (“we”, “us”) is operated by Carissa Perez, a sole proprietor providing online fitness and nutrition coaching. Contact: Cpfitness1988@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Information you submit through our application and contact forms (name, email, phone, Instagram handle, goals and training history).
• Payment details, which are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Coaching data you share inside the Trainerize and MyFitnessPal apps, governed by their own privacy policies.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working and measure what is useful.

How we use it

To review your application, deliver coaching, process payments, respond to your messages and send service emails. We do not sell your information. We only share it with the service providers needed to run the business (Stripe for payments, our email provider for notifications, Trainerize for coaching) and when the law requires.

Progress photos and health information

Progress photos, weight and other health-related information you share for coaching are kept private, used only to coach you, and never published without your separate written permission.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing Cpfitness1988@gmail.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to function and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.
